Each capsules contain: Organic MacaHarmony (Organic Maca Root) 500 mg.

Other ingredients: Organic pullulan vegan capsule.

This product CONTAINS NO chemicals, solvents, excipients, preservatives, artifical colours, or flavours, sucrose, yeast, dairy products, wheat or corn starch or gluten.

Dosage and Recommendations:
Standard dose: 1 capsule twice daily, ideally away from food. First dose in the morning before breakfast with 8-16 ounces of water. Second dose early in the afternoon or before your typical energy dip. Avoid taking late in the day as it may interfere with sleep.
• Strong dose: For additional support, 2 capsules twice daily-morning and early afternoon.
• Light dose: For those who are on certain medications or sensitive to herbs, begin with 1 capsule in the morning.
• Maintenance dose: After 4–8 months of consistent use, if your system feels rebalanced, you may reduce to half the standard dose. It may take 1–4 menstrual cycles to experience full rebalancing effects.

• Side Effects: There are no known side effects associated with FemmenessencePRO™ HARMONY.
• Interactions: There are currently no known interactions when taken in conjunction with medications. However, we do not recommend using HARMONY with hormone-suppressing medications such as Tamoxifen, unless under the guidance of a healthcare practitioner.
